Futural Tourism - Project Management

We have extensive experience managing projects from beginning to end, that is, in a comprehensive way. The methodology that we propose is usually divided into 3 phases: design, implementation and supervision. For each of them, both the tasks and the different actions to be developed must be identified.

Design

It includes those necessary tasks to guide the correct implementation of the project and to collect the information needed that will define the strategy to be followed.

Implementation

Once the action plan has been defined in the design phase and the necessary information has been collected, the implementation phase will begin, which normally includes: i) promotion and awareness activities, ii) coordination, advice and management actions, and iii) communication activities.

Supervision

It will be conducted in parallel to the previous two phases and includes both the monitoring of management and results indicators and the preparation of monthly control reports. The establishment of indicators and metrics for each action is essential to be able to determine if what we are implementing works or not.
